Current Happenings...

September 24th, 2025

We are gearing up for our FIFTH annual fall open house! 

  • So far we are working on some great meat specials that you will be able to purchase that day. 
  • We are planning to serve a breakfast of chipped beef gravy & biscuits again this year, as well as our campfire chili-this time with a topping bar! 
  • Looking for something sweet?  Nicolas is going to be holding a bake sale to raise funds for his 4H dairy cow projects.  
  • Currently in our calf hutches we have four adorable bottle calves that you can meet and pet; 2 linebacks, a milking shorthorn, and a holstein.
  • The guys are planning to set up their antique tractor display.
  • And last but not least, as it is Liberty's 10-mile yard sale, we will have plenty of items to peruse out in the tents.  Megan's preparing to move and has been cleaning out a lot of stuff!

So make plans to come on out Saturday, October 4th from 8am-3pm and see us!

THIS JUST IN...a new batch of Bison & Beef Bologna has just arrived!  Grab it while you can, it doesn't last long.

We also have a date set to get more beef butchered to restock our freezers at the farm store.  Be watching for a list and new items when that happens!
